100% cotton. The tag is marked XL. The actual measurements when laid flat are:
Pit to pit: 22.75 inches
Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 25.25 inches
Great condition- it’s a little bit shwide (short and wide), and a little stretched at the bottom hem (as can be seen in the 2nd picture), but other than that it’s awesome!
