In the karaoke bar of your subconscious Abba’s Greatest Hits is on repeat and you’re humming every minute of it. Abba was able to construct a smash-hit with about as much ease as putting together Ikea furniture on a Sunday afternoon. Hit-after-hit, hook-after-hook, even artists of today who rely heavily on computers can’t duplicate their uncanny hit parade. I wonder though, who is the largest selling group in the history of music that wasn’t recorded?
