Tee Planter Program
A while back we teamed up weforest.org for a tree planting initiative. Every t-shirt that was sold through Defunkd was backed by the planting of one tree by weforest. Vintage tees are green symbols as is – scoring points in the Reuse department. So we enhanced their green appeal by making the buyers and sellers involved in a Defunkd transaction “Tee Planters.”
We’re happy to report that during this partnership 2000 tees were sold and a small forest was planted!
