50/50 cotton/poly blend. The brand on the tag is Skimmer. The size marked is M. The actual measurements when laid flat are:

Pit to pit: 19 inches

Top of collar to bottom hem, in back: 26.5 inches

Excellent condition! There is a small blue spot on the front (pen mark?). But other than that it’s perfect. The big logo is on the back.
