100% cotton. The tag is marked M. The actual measurements when laid flat are:

Pit to pit: 20 inches

Top of collar to bottom hem in back: 29 inches

Excellent condition- there is some yellowing on the edge of the collar that may or may not wash off. Other than that it’s perfect!
