William Stout (born September 18, 1949) is an American fantasy artist and illustrator with a specialization in paleontological art. His paintings have been shown in over seventy exhibitions, including twelve one-man shows. He has worked on over thirty feature films, doing everything from storyboard art to production design. He has designed theme parks and has worked in radio with the Firesign Theatre.

I bought this deadstock- never washed or worn. There was, however, a bit of dinge on it from sitting in a warehouse for years, so I laundered the shirt. It looks perfect now, but it has been washed- never worn.

Excellent condition! There is some minor screen print wear and some pulling to the material but other than that it’s great!

For sale here is a vintage early 90s M.C. Escher “Hand with Reflecting Sphere” t-shirt (also known as “Self-Portrait in Spherical Mirror”) with a psychedelic fish and seahorse pattern; made in USA. It is a two-sided, full-print tee with a blue and purple confetti background. The shirt is in good vintage used condition with wear, pilling, light discoloring on collar rim, and a few small stains (seen in last pic on/around hand and on sleeve).

For sale here is a vintage 90s (©1990) M.C. Escher “Stars” t-shirt with two chameleons in a polyhedral cage floating through space; made in USA. It is in good vintage condition with a pea-size hole on the front, a pinhole on the back, and several surface spots that should come clean when you wash it. The graphics are excellent with no cracking.

For sale here is a vintage 90s M.C. Escher “Eye” t-shirt; made in USA. This is a graphic of the famous painting of his own eye with a skull faintly reflected in the pupil. It also has “Guilford College” under the graphic on the back. It is in good vintage used condition with wear, fading and pilling. The graphics have lots of small cracks. This vintage M.C. Escher “Eye” t-shirt would be great for the art fan!

David is a pen and ink artist that does intricate and detailed drawings of his subjects. I tracked him down and asked him the story on this tee – here’s what he said, “A small number ended up in Grateful Dead themed shops between Fl and New England.The print was titled ” Novus Ordo Seclorum, Beware”.In other words.
