Vintage Movie T-Shirts

Behold, one of the rarest Star Wars t-shirts in the universe. While to the naked eye the print may be a common one – this particular one is a relic. Acquired from a gentleman who worked at FOTL while they were commissioned to print ROTJ tees.

This is a prototype – that has GLOW IN THE DARK ink. Only a few of these were ever printed as samples – and were never manufactured beyond that – due to safety concerns of children “charging” the glow ink.

This is likely the only one in deadstock, mint condition. Beyond rare. Another version has never surfaced.

And the glow effect is still fully operational.

Design illustrated by the legendary Joe Alves, creator of the mechanical shark in the film, this is an official, 1-sided crew shirt from the production of Jaws (Martha’s Vineyard, MA 1974)

There were a limited number of these made strictly for the cast & crew during the shoot (May to Oct ’74)

Some had the design printed on front..some on back..This one is on back.

This is a ‘extremely’ rare golden chalice status, vintage, official film crew t-shirt of ‘A Nightmare On Elm Street IV: The Dream Master’ 1988 (film shot in ’87)

A la ‘Club Fred’, It was strictly made in a very small run for the film crew only, literally only a few period.

On the set of Gus Van Sant’s ‘Drugstore Cowboy’, i recieved it as a gift personally from a grip who worked on the film.

Only one in existence! Got this from a shop owner who ordered a bunch of shirts from the print shop and as a thank you, they printed this on a muscle tee especially for him. Excellent vintage condition with no holes. Couple of stains which are shown in last picture. I have not tried to remove them.

Original and extremely rare Less Than Zero tee circa 1987. Robert Downey Jr. print on front. Iron man sucking dick for drugs??

This was acquired from a gentleman who worked for FOTL while they had been commissioned to print Star Wars tees for ROTJ. It was printed for the World Premiere event – on May 24, 1983 in Denver Colorado.

Only about 1000 of these were ever printed. This is likely the only one in deadstock, mint, unworn condition.

Original tee purchased at his performance in Detroit on Friday, October 2, 1981.
