Shirt #10: Van Halen Availability: Check Defunkd for Van Halen Tees Album: Diver Down Date: 1982 Fact: In 1972 the Van Halen brothers formed “Mammoth” a band that featured Eddie as lead guitarist and vocalist. The band was renting sound equipment for their gigs from David Lee Roth but eventually decided to save money by letting him take over the role of frontman. During the session the band Accept was also recording in the building and their manager managed to secure Don a record deal.
