Found a picture of this display on the net, representing the pump system on the force’s 180 pump:

Nike Air Max’s Max Air Units (1987)

These are, unfortunately, not my shoes. I saw these pictures on Niketalk, and they illustrate very well the huge air units in the first edition of the vintage Nike Air Max in 1987 (designed by Tinker Hatfield) I even have heard of stories that Nike had to recall some of these shoes because the air units exploded during use.
