Great vintage condition for its age. General sign of wear, to both the felt graphics on the front, to the ironed-on number on the back (beginning to peel, too), & possibly some other minor imperfections, but nothing significant I could see.

Southern Athletic tag. USA made.

THERE ARE 2 SMALL HOLES IN THE RIGHT UPPER AREA ON THE SLEEVE AND SHOULDER (PICTURED).

THE HEM IS IMPERFECT BUT IT WILL NOT BE VERY NOTICEABLE WHEN WORN.

THE PRINT LOOKS GOOD WITH LIGHT WEAR AND CRACKING.

IT APPEARS TO BE A NYLON/COTTON BLEND (THE TAG DOES NOT INDICATE).

Well, I found this at an old estate sale here in San Francisco about 15 years ago.I do not know anything about it but I assume the acronym SFWD may be San Francisco Water Department and used for a company sports team?Just an assumption.Not sure what the material is or the age.Does anyone have any additional information or insight?Cool shirt nonetheless.

A relic from a 1969 concert that featured: Santana, Jefferson Airplane, The Flying Burrito Brothers, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, with the legendary Stones taking the stage as the closing act. The Grateful Dead were also on the bill to following CSNY but opted out shortly before their appearance due to violence at the concert. Rumor has it the Stones hired the Hell’s Angels to provide security for them, who at one point surrounded the stage during their performance.

Jimi Hendrix,John Mayhal, Albert King at the fillmore. Winterland. Tie Dye. Bought from an employee of the Filmore who workrd there in the late 60s and through the 70’s.

Black T-shirt in very good condition, never worn.

Original Woodstock t.shirt from my FIL – he was hired as a carpenter when they were building the set, and later as a stage hand.I have the ‘Bullshit’ pass somewhere as well but it’s unrecognizable.

My FIL wants to know how much it is worth, although I don’t think he wants to sell it.
