Late 70’s/Early 80’s Postal service shirt or uniform…I’m not sure after a ton of googling.

This shirt differs from the other one I am selling as it is mint…not a stain or mark to be found…notice the difference in measurements as well…this one is a bit bigger which leads me to believe it has never been washed…or possibly, never worn. I do not know for certain, however.
