80s Original, rare tee that i believe to be from the Mosquitohead mail order. The back of the collar is in rough shape and there is a hole that is about an inch and a half in diameter at the bottom front.

Size reads: Illegible, fits like modern Large

Measures: 21 inches across the chest, 26 inches back collar to hem

Colors: royal blue t-shirt with white and red GRATEFUL DEAD Twenty Years So Far print

Condition: great vintage shape – broken into perfection – pinhole on the front, and one on the back shoulder (see closeups) do not detract from this shirt in any way whatsoever

For reference, Bobby up there is 5-10.
