True vintage 1990s Pennywise punk rock band t-shirt from the era their 1994 concerts with The Offspring; made in USA. It is in good vintage used condition with wear/fading, maybe some stretching of the neck, a couple light spots on the bottom front (see last photo), and lots of cracking and chipping on the graphics.
