It's too bad the screen print is so out of register.

Is that the red being off center from the lettering?

Yes. The black screen moved or got bumped during the printing process. Consequently the black didn't line up with the red. Black is always the last color to be printed. In this case the red would have been printed first and then the black. The t-shirt does not move during the printing process as it is held in place on the printing pallet with spray adhesive. When the print looks like it does on this Cramps tee it's called "out of register" and usually ends up on the shop floor or as a clean up rag. Obviously there wasn't much quality control going on where this was printed.
