I found this shirt along with a lot of other early 80's shirts. I've never seen the tag before. Maybe it's an old local (Dallas) arcade or video rental place?

Nope, just a general video game related iron on design by Roach. Nothing special really, and they made their own line of blank tees for a while as well so that explains the tag. But yeah, Commander Video doesn't have any significance to any game or business at all. It's one of my favorite iron ons but I doubt it would have too much value in the open market, maybe 15-20 bucks to the right person
