Fan Tees Label?

Am I reading this correctly? Fan Tees? Made in the UNITED STATES. RN55215 ( I think)
50 Cotton / 50 Rayon
This is to this best of my ability under a magnifying glass. It's on an old Ali shirt I'm trying to date.

Any help? Thanks!
