Has anyone seen this tag before? Is it from the 80's?

There's a shirt on ebay with the same label and a '96 copyright.

yeah there was 80s and 90s wild oats, that one is the 90s. hey willitwas0 have you received any of my messages regarding your photos?

Sorry, the Wild Oats tag picture was sent to my phone by a friend. The shirt is GnR with a huge gun on the front with three roses and a bunch of bullets.

I concur with Jam Master JJ...it's a 90s and that specific shirt is from 1993.

yes, the 80s wild oats was smaller and had an italic and written font if I remember correctly.
