Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Tumblr, Friendster, blah blah

Post by Frank »

Hey,
I'm not nto all of the social media stuff at all, but I'm thinking about biting the bullet and pretending to care about other people.
I'm curious if it's worth the time and effort. Do you guys actually get any additional business as a result of Facebookery, Tweets, Bleets, and Who Gives a Sheets?

Directly relating it to sales is tough to quantify. As sources of traffic Facebook and Twitter are well worth it for me. Does that traffic convert and go buy a shirt? Dunno!

They require work and patience...and can be a big waste of time on some levels. Be careful my son.

As I buyer I have to say it def works.

I follow a couple vintage blogs and feel compelled to bid on featured items all the time.
Have vintage Elvis tees? Let me know!

I'm with you regarding the social networking stuff....however, I just took the plunge. I recently just created a Twitter account. Now if I can get some followers that will see my updates! My twitter account is 'fatandyz'
