Nike Clothing tag a sample tag?

Hi I just came across a lot of vintage Nike items in Beaverton, Or but I can't seem to find a similar clothing tag to the ones on the items I got. Has anyone seen these before? I'm wondering if they're tags they used on sample items (if that's even a thing)? Any tips would be greatly appreciated :D
