Post original family/friend pics in vtg tees
I love flipping through old family pics and seeing the sweet clothes. Just found these of my cousin. At the time, I thought he worshiped Satan.

Hell yeah, love it! Those are the best kind of pics. Thanks for posting those, wax!
On a semi-related note...in about 1983 my friend who was heavy into god, thought i too, worshipped the devil, but for much tamer reasons...i had a motley crue "satd" 7" record with picture sleeve. After playing it backwards with no discernible satanic message, he claimed that if we burned it, we would see a demon in the flames. So we did and of course, all i saw was one of my fav 7"'s turning to ash in my parent's driveway. Damnit Billy, if you're reading this, you owe me 99 cents!

That was pre-rat tail for me. More like the modern "Hipster Mullet". But I eventually slimmed it down to the Rat Tail..... and used those tiny fluorescent rubber bands you got from the orthodontist to let "the ladies" braid it. Pretty sure the only reason I didn't cut it off was because girls were always playing with it.
Thanks for noticing.

Here's a couple. Both are around 1986. Me in a Nike T and Jams and Me and my big sister. Her in her aquanet hair & high waist mom jeans and me in my Nike windbreaker & Ohio State Buckeye mesh snapback.

Going way back. Me rockin' my favorite Hang Ten tee in 1974 down at Hermosa Beach, California. Man I loved that shirt. Usually wore a puka shell necklace too, not sure why I wasn't wearing it that day.
Great thread!

Thanks Jimmy!
Re: Post original family/friend pics in vtg tees
I've been going through old posts since I wasn't here 12 years ago (!) and came across this one, which is definitely one of my favorites...maybe only surpassed by the heated discussion about double tag Hanes on a 1993 shirt. Anyway, I thought I'd try to revive it. Here I am striking a classic pose. It took me a little bit to figure out what the shirt was, but I'm pretty sure that little bit of lettering in the left hand corner is the G from this Genesis raglan, but with white sleeves (when they were still there). I think this shirt had another two weeks of partying to go before it totally disintegrated.

Re: Post original family/friend pics in vtg tees
I'm still hoping that other people will post to this thread, but who knows. Here's a couple of my boy Brett, probably mid to late 90s (both the pics and the tees).
He decided to end it all about a year ago, unfortunately. Miss you, brother
Re: Post original family/friend pics in vtg tees
I should've mentioned that Brett (the dude in the Ramones and Yardbird tees) was the bass player for Napalm and Fuzzbubble. Here's another, probably futile, attempt at reviving this thread
Me lounging around in a Mickey ringer. Pic is probably mid to late '80s
