Dead Kannedys Vtg or fake?

I just saw a advertisement of dead kennedys t shirt. Seller said it was copyright 1995 under decay music under license to brockum. Is it real dead kennedys? i upload photo for clear assesment.

I'm sure it's a licensed item but if it's copyright '95 it wont be very rare, valuable or sought after. Most collectors like their DK to be from the 80s.

Ha, well, hey it's still vintage. And it's probably larger than any of the 80s tees - given it's a 90s L. So you'd still have a decent customers base out there.
