Grateful Dead Alien Bear “We Are Not Alone” Liquid Blue

My concern is the double stitching. It’s dated 1995. The quality is nice like the Liquid Blue shirts I had in my youth.
Found it at a rummage sale for $.50.

I did find one on eBay that is single stitched:

But I don't think yours is fake, just printed later on. Remember copyrights just show the date the copyright was registered, not always the year the shirt was printed.
