Definitely don't need to be an expert when you compare the printing quality and note the lack of detail and colors in the version you're asking about. There's entire parts of the design missing where the bootleggers got lazy and cheap - so decided to omit things so they didn't have to use the same amount of colors. Look by her right leg.
This seems like an obvious modern day bootleg vintage to me - likely originating from Cali - a Mahagamage / Tiny Pony / TinaLove1991 product. They slapped a lot of their prints on jerseys.

These types of tees have been floating around for years now - are ending up in mills and are being picked - so likely the seller isn't even aware.
Your best bet is to buy on Defunkd.
