Has some distressing on the graphic but the tag looks good just wanted to double check. Unsure of the measurements but i can provide if needed

Tag checks out as a more generic Giant, measurements would be nice. Are those holes on the shoulder?

measurements are 20x28.5 and yes those are holes on the shoulder
