I just pulled out this sweat yesterday, has a similar tag and a print from the New York marathon that I think dates to the late 1980s?

I have a shop in London UK and around 20 years ago a Malaysian guy set up opposite me selling every Powell shirt you could get. As I also had a skate shop at the time, I was curious as to how he could sell them at less than it was costing me to buy them wholesale from the licensed distributor ...

Wondering what I have here, not my area of knowledge?
My guess is it relates to the baseball team but that’s just a guess.

This has to be one of the oddest pairings on a test print shirt, metal to the front , pop soul to the back !

ok......so it seems that this shirt is by Mishka, an NYC streetwear brand that I know next to nothing about.

This has me a bit stumped.
‘Death to our friends’ on the front graphic and ‘Oscillate my metallic sonatas’ on the back .
Is this a Soundgarden shirt, can’t find any other examples?

Plenty of Hook Ups shirts out there but can’t seem to find this one . Shirt was deadstock and still has its swing tag but needed to be washed due to storage marks and odour.
Any help on pricing much appreciated.

The other shirts were a mix, including the regular Kurt Cobain memorial ones and some Offspring ones, too.
I can't remember too clearly what the others were as I was quite into my 'recreational pursuits' during that period of time.

I was given this shirt back in the mid-1990s along with a bunch of others that I traded with a guy I knew who worked in a t shirt printers. I think this was kind of a test print shirt as it has Cobain on the front and Suicidal Tendencies on the back. I sold all the others bitd, but put this to one ...

I remember them, they used to have a place next to Kentish Town train station.
Another printers I remember were Art Dept, they were over in Elephant & Castle. I've yet to find any of their shirts, they tended to do one sided 'all over' prints of iconic figures like James Dean and Marilyn Monroe.
