Just an update for anyone who cars. THe company that printed these is still in existence I emailed them and to my surprise they replied and quickly. They named the artist of the shirt, stating he was a local "sports art person" The shirt was printed on a 4 color press creating a new type of transfer.

I picked this up today, Its a Dallas Cowboys T-shirt it has a ugly mean looking man with fangs, wearing a football helmet with the star logo on the side.
