No idea of price, put them up and the market will decide.
I am not sure if they will suit the japanese harley guys,I'm thinking more like East West leather guys.Maybe include that name in the listing,it should get you a lot more views,if nothing else.

Re: Is This The Holy Grail of Vintage Tees???
I am still sceptical. All items I have seen/handled from this period tend to have embroidered lables, not printed. This seemed to carry through to the 60's and beyond.Of course, the number of pieces I have seen is limited by the fact of them being scarce.I can't recall any printed labels from the 30's ...

Re: Is This The Holy Grail of Vintage Tees???
Thanks Jimmy for your thoughts. The label is fastened by single stitch on the left and right side of the tag. The tag itself feels like papery cotton and it seems to be a printed tag. (The words Sport Shirt are not stitched.) As for the shirt itself it feels like a lightweight cotton. The letters ...

Re: Reputable Levi's Big E Seller?
Yup, these ones are. The bold lettering on the care patch/strong red color of the selvedge helps explain why he has so many. I thought that I had actually seen a few vtg jeans earlier (circa oct) and had forgot to ask about them until now. Maybe he just couldn't fit repro in the title? That ...

Pecards is the best by far.It does change the colour of the leather initialy, but it soon reverts back after wearing.Nothing else comes close.

Re: Nirvana inside joke T-shirt
That shirt is by a comic artist called Peter Bagge, who did the 'Neat stuff' and 'Hate' comics. It was available mail order in the back of 'Hate'.It has nothing to do with Nirvana,it was a made up band that featured in one of the stories.

vintage English hawaiians
As the title says,I really like English Hawaiian shirts.I find they are slightly more conservative,as far as size of collar and print design goes.If anyone has any they would like to sell,or trade, let me know.

So many, for so many different reasons.Heres just a few: 1.Dead Kennedys 'kill the poor shirt'.This is front and back print heavy ...

It's interesting to note that Rin Tanaka of the Myfreedanm series also wrote the motorcycle jacket book. It seems that this person is a walking encyclopedia of vintage. Rin is a very cool guy, inquisitive and super friendly. When he gets his teeth into something,he really goes for it.I have been ...

Re: Champion t-shirts
The Champion knitwear company inc. started in 1919,with the earliest running man tag I've seen dating to the 1930's.This is similar to the '40's tag, only the figure is black on white rather than white against black/blue.

Look like mid-90's Vans to me.During this period Van's,along with various other skate shoe manufacturers, were making some stinking styles.

Re: Levi's Sta Prest
From the British perspective,Sta-prest first hit in the late 60's and were adopted by the skinhead movement as a smart version of the basic levi's jeans.I think the originals came in 3 colours, beige(stone),dark green and navy blue. They also had frog-mouth pockets and lightning brand zippers. These ...
