Re: Blocked bidders

I updated my list recently with some of your blocked bidders and it stymied one pain in the ass who asked for the block to be removed, so this is a worthwhile thread!

Re: vintage judas priest , rush , aerosmith , and polo

Vintage sewn Champions can go for hundreds of dollars. The replica market has died down a little but it's still pretty hot. The printed replicas I list usually go pretty fast! Lots of early 90s nostalgia going on, thankfully!

Re: Worst vintage t-shirt ever?

These shirts were banned in my high school after several fights. I took a few swings at idiot metal heads for wearing this dumb shirt. This was 20 years ago now haha

I lost my url name and need advice

Soooooo I owned Bulldogvintage.com through wordpress, but my registration lapsed and that url was purchased by someone else, who will sell it for $2800. I can either bite the bullet and open my wallet to buy back that name OR start over. The cheap bastard in me says start over, but the stubborn ...

Re: Dealing with the haters

i still get about one a year singing this tune: "you're selling thrift store junk for a profit, shame on you"

shame on you for taking a calculated risk based on expertise and selling something for more than you spent on it, western civilization.

Re: All right, I need some advice on how to maximize my profits.

There are a lot more Amazon sellers grabbing up the valuable books using their accursed phone scanners. I find a couple but no huge payoffs there.

Re: All right, I need some advice on how to maximize my profits.

If you are going to sift the thrifts, I recommend that you become omnivorous. Don't just do t-shirts-- I make an extra $30- $50 selling books a month on ebay or Amazon with little added effort. Not a lot, but there's not much hassle. The only problem is that i also find books that I can't live ...

That Ebert tag is definitely from the early 80s-- a lot of Little League t-shirt jerseys have that tag!

Re: Nike Printed on Sportswear?

My 2 cents- of course i can't really tell without seeing the item in person: Ratt shirt: doesn't say Ratt anywhere, tag sewn in later, tag not consistent with band shirts of that era, shirt looks thicker, print fade pattern looks too new, sizes more akin to early 2000s. Nike: logo printed onto ...
