Still not sure what is means or if this tag is actually from the 90s.

Thanks. I found a few Winterland production tees that do in fact have dates and locations. I attached one below. Looks like sometimes Winterland use their own tag inside the shirt, and sometimes they use Hanes. Did other branks like Giant, and Screen Stars also get commissioned to make non tour tees.
