Re: 1980s Spitfire Wheels
sure. i'll post a pic tomorrow. Spitfire wheels was started in 1987. So the shirt is late 80s. Do you consider that time-period not "vintage"?

Re: East West Musical Instrument Jacket
I sold a way less fancy EW leather jacket to a CA dealer for $1200- and he was obviously going to flip it.
You'll probably get your best price on ebay, hopefully for you in the $2000 range!

1980s Spitfire Wheels
pricing ideas?
This photo has been sent to someone at Spitfire and they said this is the real deal. I guess this was the first Spitfire Wheels logo before the fire-y head guy.
Tag is Augusta Sportswear.
I'm wondering if any die hard skaters would love this- or think its kinda blah.
thanks!

Its never fun to turn away potential customers, but I would recommend blocking Thailand, Nigeria (duh), and Singapore.
I've had a vintage website for 10 years and those 3 places have presented me with the most attempted fraud purchases.

should i always photo the tag/thinness factor?
Selling question- should i always photo the tag and hold the shirt up to the light? or do you think describing the tag and thinness factor are enough? i've been shooting tshirts on a mannequin and it kinda hides how thin the shirt is- but looks better display-wise. many thanks for your responses ...

Re: Crazy Buyers
A number of years ago a rockabetty I knew was in this mad bidding war for a poly gab HBar C western shirt. It was up over $300 and it was POLY, not even the good gab that might be worth that kind of money. I tried to get her to back down, saying it wasn't worth near that much, but she really wanted ...

Re: Oh No You Didn't!
newbie to this forum, but not the vintage world. I've been slinging vintage for almost 9 years and started on ebay, but now I have a shop, website, and wholesale warehouse in Philadelphia. I just got into t-shirts in the last year so I'm loving this forum! We sell wholesale, so hit me up with any ...
