Rarer than rare Megadeth shirt Anatomy of Vic

Post by megame »

Hey all!
New to the boards, and wanted to say thanks for having me!

I'm a HUGE vintage heavy metal and Harley- Davidson shirt fan that I'll be sharing, but in the meantime I wanted to start with this, my 1993 all over print 'Anatomy of Vic' Megadeth shirt.

I'll let the pictures do most of the explaining, but the background is that I bought it new, wore it once (and having narrowly avoided staining it, washed it and packed it away, where it was forgotten...until recently)and I'd love to hear anything anyone could tell me about it.

Thanks in advance!

Welcome sir!

Admittedly I've never had one before - but apparently not as rare as you might think. Although they don't seem appear on eBay too often, here's two other listings that were 7 years apart - once in 2014.

Having said that, I've never noticed what they sell for. Typically all over prints aren't as valuable - but this one is subtle - so that might not work against the value. The color might though...I always assume metal heads want everything black!

Anyone else noted what these have sold for?

Thanks!
IT'S been impossible to find out anything about this...and I agree about the blue;it makes reading the diagram lettering very hard, plus, it's not black.

Still cool though : )
