Screen Stars- red tag vs blue tag

Was the Screen Stars blue tag the brand's budget line? It seems that all of the top-of-the-line retail stuff is on the red tag, while most of the blue tag stuff I've seen has been for promo giveaways and low-budget independent designs. The blue seems a little weaker and a little more stretchy before washing. Does anyone know the purpose of the two tag lines?

I'm not sure about that.

I've seen ALOT of concert tees with the screenstars blue label. Some of the vintage blue screen stars were 100% cotton (see pic) so maybe that was a reason for the difference, I had also assumed that they were produced at a different time than the red tag.

Is there a difference between the orange and blue super screenstars tags?
