Uggggh these ones stress me out as Anime has never really been in my wheelhouse.
After doing an image search, there's a ton of these that have Japan origins. Which can be scary because they do replicas really well.

What is the pit to pit?
If you compare the tag to another Akira tee that's on eBay priced at over $3k
They seem to match, but your image isn't great.
AGAIN though, that one on eBay could even be fake too.
