Artex Tag on Sweatshirt

I can’t find anything about this tag, i’ve seen a blue version of it with the solid parts of it reversed but nothing exact

Great, don't have it in our archives. The closest I could find is this:

From 1973 - so wouldn't surprise me if that one was late 60s.
