Holoubek Tag

I've seen plenty of Holoubek copyrights but never a tag. Anyone else seen this tag? It has 2 copyright dates printed on the shirt. 1986 for the front and 1987 for the back.

I've only seen the black Holoubek tags, almost all on older HD shirts.
