Label Texas Bull (with longhorn logo)

Post by The_fridge »

"Hello" to all the VTG-shirt-fans and "Thank's" to *the boss* for adding me to the group.
I have a few shirts with labels I can't place in time.
One is a "Texas Bull" with a longhorn logo I can't get information about. All I find is some "modern looking" Texas bull label, which might be a younger replacement.

Can somebody give me an advice?? (and pls excuse my "bumpy" english)

Never seen....what is the pit to pit measurement? xxl are not often seen in the 80s.

Hi, JimmyJ,
thanks for reply. My pic just shows the tag and that's what I'm intresting in. The shirt itself is certainly a XXL (pit-to-pit 23,6" / 60 cm).

I can not find exactly this label, just one, that seems to be a newer, follow-up label. That's why I think, the tag with the longhorn is a (much) older.........

longhorn tag is probably mid 90s. post 2000 XL is usually in the 23.5 pit range...and since this is an XXL - perhaps its pre 2000 but who knows we dont have much to go on. Its not worth too much thought I dont think theres much value in this shirt

Thank u, JJ. I agree with u regarding the value. I was more interested in the "story" of the label/tag. Thanks a lot for this.
