PM logo TULTEX tag. Anyone recognize this?

Can't seem to find any info.
Logo appears to say PM and it was made in USA by Tultex.
Anyone have any info they can share? Year?

Looks vaguely familiar. Perhaps a 90s sweatshirt Tultex brand extension? Whats the print?

It is a sweatshirt with a large stylized graphic of Santa Claus. My guess was 90s, as well, just wanted to do my research before it was resold.
