Has anyone ever seen this tag before or have any info on the age or legitimacy.

The back says Made In Bangladesh.

I also noticed at the bottom of the tag it says " CA 17994"

I looked up that information and found the results below.

Still not sure what is means or if this tag is actually from the 90s.
