Brockum Worldwide Made in China

Wanted to start a thread about this because there's been a discussion about Brockum China tags being counterfeit. This is one version of the tag I found among the stack of vintage tees I still have.
My gut says these are legit, and that Brockum eventually farmed some of their tee production out to China. It doesn't make sense to me for a counterfeiter to go through all the trouble to nail a t-shirt's print and then blow their cover by putting China on the tag.
I do think though, that Brockum was reprinting and reissuing classic designs, and those may have a Brockum Made in China tag like the one below. So I don't think they are OG versions of the shirts, they could be reissues, printed many years later. Although, still legit, and still vintage. That's just my take on it - I've never had an official word from anyone at Brockum.
But let me know what you think!
There are also legit ACME Australian tags, on Brockum licensed t-shirts that say "Made in China" on the rear side.
