Tag of a Metallica t-shirt

Hi guys, I found this tee online, the seller says he bought it in 90s, but it’s a tag that I’ve never seen, can someone help me, please
Must be America's Best. I couldn't find a match.
Is there any other info on the back of the tag?
It's double stitched, so perhaps euro-based boot.
