Holoubek Harley

Post by maxvintage »

Hi All,

I picked up a Harley shirt recently that's a Holoubek. It's in amazing shape, which makes me question whether or not it's vintage. The screen print says 1982, but I'm still not convinced. I did pick a for sure 1970s Harley shirt from the same batch, so I'm hoping this is vintage too. Anyone know this tag/shirt? Thanks--Max

The pit to pit iss 18.5"

I know that they used to make shirts smaller back in the day. Anywhere that charts measurements through the decades or something like that?

Today a Medium is usually at least 20" - yours looks like deadstock so it will also shrink.

Think she's real, could be a good one to auction.

Awesome, yeah after doing the measurements I was a bit more convinced. An auction would be fun. I'll post back and we'll see what it fetches. Thanks as always Jimmy!

Surprising - always amazes me that some harley shirts fly and others don't.
