Dealing with Fussy costumer (what do you guys think?)

Fussy costumer!!! The costumer gasoline_rainbow_vtg leave me 1st negative feedback just because of holes on Very Old Vintage 1978 shirt that i've already mentioned used and pictured the flaw http://www.ebay.com/itm/150765467152#ht_930wt_1037 . still in conversation wanna gave him full refund but refused! he should know that. don't ever think that vintage shirt is in good condition!! haha. just change your ID name and don't put that Vintage!!!

Rainbow Gasoline or is it Gasoline Rainbow has a bit of a history detailed elsewhere on this forum.

yes, it's him.. that's his new account. i don't know anything about him before this... he left me negative feedback for no good reason.. since he has the shirt and then sell in on other site with the same way damages i did on ebay.. see this link

Guy is a dirt bag, time and time again. But I'm sure he gets pleasure out of screwing people over.

Have you contacted eBay and appealed the feedback? I saw in your original listing you have a photo of the holes he was complaining about. Add that to his listing on etsy and you might have a case for feedback removal, and other possible actions taking against him for feedback abuse.

Yes, Already contact ebay regarding this and give them etsy link and told them compare what he listing and mine. all the same flaws... but ebay can't remove the feedback. i don't know why..

Now this Joe Rockwell is going under the ebay name of gummybearcavity. Would not recommend dealing with him at all.
