Believe this is a crew tee because of the print on the back. Think it is from the Park West, Chicago, Illinois show on the 11/10/1981 as the company is nearby to there. Have only seen one listing on a Japanese website for £190. Any thoughts?

Tough call on that one. Rare variant, different front. But not particularly super sought after. I think somewhere in the $100-200 range.
