Again not too sure on this one. Have seen several T-Shirts with the three band members on but have not seen one with that font and some that are close to this I have seen the name of the tour underneath the band members. So this leads me to believe it is either a replica or a crew tee which again it likely could be.

I am Canadian. I love Rush. I even once saw Geddy Lee walking his two dogs in a park I go to.
That said, their tees have never particularly performed well, even in the height of classic rock vintage tees.
The Pushead Roll the Bones one seems to be the best performer, because of the Pushead art.
Probably get $100-200 for it.
