Value for this 1988 Fenway Green Monster Tee?

Found this cool Fenway Green Monster tee last week and am looking for any ideas on value.

The copyright date on it is 1988, it's a great size at vintage XL and is in excellent condition with just one smaller-than-pea-sized stain and one pinhole on the bottom seam.

I always value your input, Jimmy! Thanks for the help! I'll probably go ahead and throw it in my Etsy shop and on here and then if it's still around when the season starts up, I'll throw it on eBay at that point as well.
