NWA Straight Outta Compton t-shirt

Any thoughts? The tag has the roman number MCMXCII on it, which is 1992. The album came out in 1988. The graphic images seem a little odd (like the images were originally airbrushed, not the graphic itself).

Ive never seen that tag before. Although theres still tons out there I havent. Did you do an RN lookup?
Anyone familiar with it?

I at least read the RN# as 3495619, which doesn't have a record.
