Single stitched unknown Harley Davidson tee - anyone know?

If anyone can help with dating this Harley davdson shirt, or even better - date and give an approx possible worth, that would be awesome.

Its 1980s all we can say for sure is that it's 1983 and beyond due to the non-funky A.

value - as a tank - which appears to be small - maybe $50?
that print on a regualar tee would do a lot better.
