Can anyone tell me who this is? I'm stumped. Shirt is a v-neck ringer from The Knits. Thanks in advance

Well....i dont recognize...but inspecting the print it looks pixelated like the early t shirt stand prints. I think they took your photo at a kiosk and then printed it on a shirt. So it could just be some random dude!

Thanks! I'll start wearing it around waiting for someone to ask me "Why do you have an old picture of my Dad on your shirt? Haha
