Old tour shirt, good condition, has been sitting in a dresser for years. Thoughts?

Looks to be Madhouse Rock era - 1979, tag backs that. I found a similar one, a size SMALL that sold for $150, but it had the MADHOUSE ROCK text below the image. Not sure if it matters. I'd think somewhere in the $200 range.
