Vintage T-Shirt Forum & Community Authentication Appraisals

I was wondering if anyone knew what the worth of a shirt like this may be? I cannot find exact comps anywhere. I've seen "destination" shirts of places like Texas that have a map on it on an anvil tag selling for $30-$40 but this design seems much more appealing imo.

The anvil tag leads me to believe its very late 80s or early 90s.

Shirt is in very good condition with no damage or stains.

Beauty of a shirt, obviously best to find a customer in Chicago. I'd price it at $200 with offers, probably get in the $75-125 range?
